Hello and Welcome to the Damask Divas blog hop featuring the new paper pack Ivy Lane.  If you came from Stephanie Davis' Blog, you are in the right place.  If you ended up here by chance, feel free to start from the beginning on the Damask Divas blog HERE.

My project using the brand new Ivy Lane paper pack is a Valentine's Day mini album.  This paper pack is romantic and feminine and is perfect for saying "I love you".  I also used the February Stamp of the Month called Wild About Love.

This mini album has cuts from Artbooking, Artiste and Art Philosophy.  The base was cut at about 3.75 inches by 6.75 and then I sized all of the shapes to fit using the cricut craft room.

I added pockets from Artbooking so that I can add multiple pictures to some pages and journaling tags to write about our day.  The journaling tags were stamped with the stamp set called Sweet and Lovely from the Artbooking collection.

"My Sunshine" Mini Album

I finally finished this cute little mini album today and I love the way it came out!  My family was visiting for two weeks around Easter and I wanted to make something cute with some of the pictures I took.  The April Stamp of the Month "My Sunshine" was perfect for this project.

I used the Cricut Artiste cartridge for all of the shape cuts and the pages of the album.  The Artiste cartridge has several mini album projects and lots of shapes that can be customized as pages.

I wanted this album to be very bright and colorful.  The main colors that I used are Lagoon, Sunset, Honey, and Pear.  I used a little Cotton Candy too.  The pages are made from White Daisy cardstock and Kraft cardstock.
The back of the book is covered with one of the B & T duos from the Buzz and Bumble paper pack and the sunset paper came from there too.

You can get this stamp for only $5.00! Just visit my website this month and add it to your purchase of $50 or more. You can also purchase it by itself for $17.95. Pick whichever way is best for you but don't miss out, it is only available this month.

My Supplies:

Lagoon, Sunset, Honey, Pear, Cotton Candy, Brown Bag (nla) stamp pads
Purchase the Adventure Exclusive Inks Mini Pads Set and get all 4 main colors (and Cotton Candy) plus more for only $19.95.

Small My Creations Paper Pouch

Bakers Twine Paradise Assortment

Damask Divas - Chantilly Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Damask Divas blog hop featuring the Chantilly paper pack.   If you came from Ashley Greaux, you are in the right place.  If you have jumped here and just discovered our blog hop, feel free to check the list at the Damask Divas blog to find the complete list of participants.

My project is a 6x6 accordion album.

I purchased three of these online so I could decorate one for each of my little ones.  The Chantilly paper was perfect for this.  I made each of the shapes on the pages in the craft room to fit how I wanted in the 6x6 space, making them large enough for photos and embellishments.  I made a small tag for journaling because I am not a very good writer :(. The flowers are from Art Philosophy and they range in size from 1 1/4 to 2 1/4.  The branches were cut at 2.5 and I scored the leaves down the middle so I could bend them.  I also added an envelope for any keepsake items we may want to save - that was cut at about 5in.  I added chocolate ink to all of my edges and added some glitter paper, shimmer trim, and sparkles to finish.

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!

Items Used:
Chantilly paper pack
Chantilly card making kit (ribbon, wooden badge buttons, Kraft cardstock)
Pear and Sunset cardstock
LagoonSunsetChocolate ink pad
Cricut Artiste
Cricut Art Philosophy
Silver shimmer trim
Glitter paper
Hook and loop dots
Stamp sets Frame Flair and Princess Wings
Baker's Twine Paradise assortment
Sparkles, foam dots, twine

The next blog on the list is Teri Hanson. We hope you have a great time on our hop and checking out all the creations using the Chantilly paper pack.  If you happen to get lost, just hop on over to the Damask Divas blog for the full list.

Flirty Mini Book

Hello and Happy Presidents' Day!
I wanted to share a mini book that I created using the Close to my Heart Flirty paper pack.  I love mini albums and this one looked fun and easy.  I was inspired by a video that I saw on the Close to my Heart YouTube channel and the Flirty paper was only $1.75 in the While Supplies Last section on my website!  But, sadly it is gone now.  Make sure you check this section often so you don't miss a great deal!

This is the Project Inspirations: Mini Album video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=B4WguqBLxCc

Here is my book

I used the stamp set Love Blooms for the cover sentiment, flowers, leaves and on the inside papers -
It coordinates perfectly with this paper pack.  I used more shapes inside so I could add more pics and journaling.  It made it a little harder to sew in the spine but i made it happen :)

Check out the video and create a fun mini book of your own!

The other products that I used are:
The Flirty paper pack (NLA)
Flirty complements (only $1.50 while supplies last!)
Cricut Artiste
Glitter paper
Grosgrain ribbon-chocolate
Mini medley in colonial white (NLA)
Opaques - mocha
Foundry binder clips
Harvest bakers twine
White daisy card stock
Liquid glass

Camping Mini Album

My family and I have taken a few road trips over the years and we are about to take our biggest one yet.  We are driving across country from our home here in beautiful Southern California to Virginia.  I plan to take lots of pictures and I want to display them in a fun and creative way.  As I was looking around on the Internet, I came across an album that someone else had made using the Campin' Critters Cartridge.  I decided to do my own version and this is what I came up with!

It has a few more blank pages for pictures and journal writing that I didn't take pictures of.  It is a good size book, I cut the pages at 6" and the decorations at 4".  Once I arrange the pages how I want them to be I will attach them with jump rings and it will be ready for some pictures!
