Damask Divas Blog Hop Featuring Dream Pop

Hello and Welcome to the Damask Divas Blog Hop featuring the Dream Pop paper pack.  If you came here from Tracey Williams' Blog, you are in the right place.  If you jumped here on your own, please visit the Damask Divas blog to start from the beginning and to see the complete list of participants.

Starting TODAY, May 1st, in honor of National Scrapbooking month, you can get this paper for only $10 when you place an order of $35 or more on my website.

This packet includes 12 exclusive B&T Duos papers (2 each of 6 designs) as well as 12 coordinating textured cardstock sheets (2 each of 6 colors) and an artwork idea insert.  The cardstock sheets have a glossy pattern on one side that coordinates with the B&T patterns.  All of the colors included in Dream Pop are exclusive to this paper pack only.

Here is a treat box that I made using one of the glossy cardstock sheets and one of the B&T duos sheets.

I love the woodgrain design and knew right away that a treat box using the owl would go great together.  I added some sparkle with gems from the retired Bohemian assortment and used lagoon bakers twine from the Paradise assortment to close the box.

I also made a card and gift tag set.

This card was made using Kraft cardstock for the base and twine from the Bakers twine Paradise assortment.  Clear sparkles and glitter paper add sparkle.  The stamp set used is Pinwheel - the May Stamp of the Month.  It is such a cute stamp set and you can get it for only $5 with a $50 purchase.

Supplies used:

Dream Pop paper
Paradise bakers twine
Sunset ink
Lagoon ink
Slate ink
Honey ink
Small paper pouch
Clear sparkles
Kraft cardstock
Glitter paper
Pinwheels- May Stamp of the month

"My Sunshine" Mini Album

I finally finished this cute little mini album today and I love the way it came out!  My family was visiting for two weeks around Easter and I wanted to make something cute with some of the pictures I took.  The April Stamp of the Month "My Sunshine" was perfect for this project.

I used the Cricut Artiste cartridge for all of the shape cuts and the pages of the album.  The Artiste cartridge has several mini album projects and lots of shapes that can be customized as pages.

I wanted this album to be very bright and colorful.  The main colors that I used are Lagoon, Sunset, Honey, and Pear.  I used a little Cotton Candy too.  The pages are made from White Daisy cardstock and Kraft cardstock.
The back of the book is covered with one of the B & T duos from the Buzz and Bumble paper pack and the sunset paper came from there too.

You can get this stamp for only $5.00! Just visit my website this month and add it to your purchase of $50 or more. You can also purchase it by itself for $17.95. Pick whichever way is best for you but don't miss out, it is only available this month.

My Supplies:

Lagoon, Sunset, Honey, Pear, Cotton Candy, Brown Bag (nla) stamp pads
Purchase the Adventure Exclusive Inks Mini Pads Set and get all 4 main colors (and Cotton Candy) plus more for only $19.95.

Small My Creations Paper Pouch
Bitty Opaques Pearl Adhesive Gems
Bakers Twine Paradise Assortment
Dark Chocolate Striped Grosgrain Ribbon
Blue and Green Epoxy Bubbles
Liquid Glass
Wooden Buttons (while supplies last item)

I hope you enjoyed looking at my "My Sunshine" Mini Album.  Your comments are appreciated!

Buzz and Bumble Cards

Hello!  Welcome back :)  Today I wanted to share with you two cards that I made using the Buzz and Bumble paper pack.  I wanted to have these cards ready for the Damask Divas blog hop, but my family was in town for Easter and I didn't have any time.
This first card was made using a hexagon shape from the cricut cartridge Accent Essentials and welded together in the cricut craft room to make the base.  I used the stamp set Quick Cards-Bumble Bee and chocolate ink for the sentiment.  Then I embellished with wooden buttons and Burlap ribbon.

This next card was made using a colonial white die-cut card as the base.  I used the stamp set Honeycomb with chocolate, sunset, honey and topiary ink pads.  I also used the Quick Cards-Bumble Bee stamp set again.  I used liquid glass to add some dimension to the honeycomb shapes on the inside and outside of the card.

Thank you for checking out my cards!  I hope that you are inspired to make some of your own.  If you are interested in any of these supplies, follow the links or click HERE to shop with me.
